1. Whats currently wrong with the force community
1. Trolling – I released private information to certain organizations and individuals in the community and they have been used to troll me in real life. Perpetrators include – TotJO, Zenchi, Arisaig, reddit sith, Aimee, ally.
2. Name calling is prolific in the community. Sotunus has called me a social Darwinist, a racist, a fascist and a danger to the force community.
3. Physical threats. Threats by Lycurgus etc to come to my house and fight have happened.
4. Bullying – Dog pile incidents that started this thread are common.
5. Stalking – Many so called “knights” have stalked me on social media
6. Sexual harassment – I have been coerced sexually
7. DOXing – TotJO, Aimee, Ally, have all done this to me.
ii. False accusations and rumor spreading
1. Ally has made up criminal allegations against me, accusing me of being a pedophile in order to ruin my reputation at OotS when it was under Luciana
iii. Lack of consequences for the abusers
3. The “council wall” closes ranks whenever one of their own does something not in line with the rules. They are protected while others are not.
iv. Community turnover is high.
c. Leadership
2. What I want to see
a. A community without “teaches and students”
b. No rank
c. Anyone can present lessons in a mutually respectful interaction and debate as equals.
d. Mutual support – no claims of being able to help or train or provide path or lifestyle improvement
e. Philosophy spiritually based in star wars as it can be applied to the real world.
f. Only admins and mods, no “leaders of sects” and only open language and gentle guidance and correction within the rules of decency
g. Train the mods admins to recognize and guide members that are having issues
i. Chronic complainers
1. Have low self-esteem and use complaint to make themselves feel better.
ii. Know it alls
1. Lack self-confidence and are perfectionists with unreachable goals
iii. Negative attitude
1. Low self esteem
iv. Rule Breakers
1. Stricken by self-doubt
v. Excuse Makers
1. Believe they are blameless
a. Toxic community –
i. Harassment1.
8. Asking for financial commitment – Aimee got money from me under false pretenses.
1. Ally has made up criminal allegations against me, accusing me of being a pedophile in order to ruin my reputation at OotS when it was under Luciana
2. One incident included someone calling my work and trying to get me fired.
1. The “in” clique gets away with things others do not. Perfect example is a quote from Lotus about Bendu. He said “that’s just how she is”. Her behavior
is ignored and condoned while me “being how I am” is not.
2. From TotJO, br John has started web sites and smear campaigns against Daniel Jones, the leader of the Jedi church in England.3. The “council wall” closes ranks whenever one of their own does something not in line with the rules. They are protected while others are not.
4. New members must “earn” their way into these cliques. Content is hidden from them and they must conform to a certain way of thinking or be shut
out. Perfect example of this is HAL admitting he setup a lesson just to trap me because he knew I would not agree with the content. This has
happened at many other sites as well.
5. Older established members are considered to be more valuable and are treated different. They are given ranks and titles and their bad behavior is
justified or ignored. Lotus becoming defensive when I asked about his history. Lykeos mocking me and nothing is done about it.
1. The perception leadership wants to convey is that these orgs are growing. In reality they are revolving doors where numbers do not grow, people
just change. There are many examples of people being quietly banned for trying to fix a broken system. Aqua is the most obvious example here.
b. Cult Behavior
i. People come to this community for many reasons. They are bored, lonely, desire approval and connection or need positive attention. People join
because humans are social creatures and want to belong to something. They are vulnerable because of these traits and easily preyed upon
ii. This community came of out the gaming world, one of the most toxic communities on the internet. But it has evolved to function more like a
pagan community where it possess an authoritarian structure, has mysteries, training to be completed and titles to be earned.
iii. Because of individual’s pasts, specific traumas, triggers and likelihood to be unable to help themselves from reacting, many are very likely to form
unhealthy relationships with the community. And not one person in these communities is equipped, trained, or certified in any discipline that could
help deal with such instances, let alone be capable of teaching or mentoring these individuals. In fact the authoritarian structure of these sites is
counterproductive to such efforts.
iv. All of these things make this community rife for abuse where members can develop trauma bonds very similar to being in a narcissistic relationship.
The move from a goal of developing spiritually to one of trying to please their tormentors at all cost to themselves. (i.e. “I will be good if you just
love me!”)
c. Leadership
i. Ranks and titles are passed out to members and they are put into positions of authority but have been given no leadership, counseling or mentoring
training whatsoever. None of the training programs are accredited and many operate illegally due to copyright infringement, plagiarism and other
violations. All this equates to just so much naval gazing.
ii. It’s full of predators, abusers and bullies that are power hungry prone to group think mentality. Community leaders should be protecting others in the community from these agitators, not attacking them and threatening and scolding them but providing guidance and gentle correction
when they are triggered.
iii. Because of these things leaders are susceptible to superiority complexes that are reinforced by the community elders where they begin to believe they
are an authority and have the capability to determine the needs of others. But this is simply not true.
2. Solution – focus on their strengths and strong points. Ask how they would fix the issues, stop negative comments and help build a positive attitude.
Make them a solution provider not a complainer
ii. Know it alls
1. Lack self-confidence and are perfectionists with unreachable goals
2. Solution – Ask for explanations and other suggestions, acknowledge their achievements, let them be right when they are but challenge them for
solutions, Show empathy not anger, pick your battles and know your facts, offer constructive criticism.
iii. Negative attitude
1. Low self esteem
2. Solution – reinforce tomes of positive results, encourage a solution based attitude, state your perception of the situation, show them they have a
choice to either pursue problems or pursue challenges and solutions.
iv. Rule Breakers
1. Stricken by self-doubt
2. Solution – Show how rule breakers mature into rule followers, bring their behavior to their attention and show them proper behavior, be a good
role model and coach them, teach that compliance leads to reward, setup step by step expectations
v. Excuse Makers
1. Believe they are blameless
2. Solution – Explain there are no excuses and instead facilitate explanations, point out what they do well, actions have consequences and its best to
take responsibility not assign blame.
